Welcome – We’re Glad You’re Here

Welcome to our church. Saint Ann is a community of worship, a people of prayer, and a witness to “the mystery hidden for ages and generations but now made manifest to the saints” (Colossians 1:26).  Through participation in the life of the Church we invite you to become a partaker of divine nature, sharing in the Holy Mysteries/Sacraments, the Divine Liturgy, prayer, fasting, and mutual affection.

We encourage frequent prayer, the reading and study of Sacred Scripture, the confession of sins, the reception of the Eucharistic Lord, and shared affection as sure means to greater intimacy with the Holy Trinity. We recognize prayer and devotions to the Theotokos as laudable and we frequently seek her intercession with her Son. Within our Church’s tradition we find the path of virtue and holiness proclaimed by Saint Paul to the Philippians, which we embrace:  “Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things” (Philippians 4:8).

Catholics and the Christian faithful of the Eastern Churches who do not have full communion with the Catholic Church may join us in receiving the Holy Eucharist and share in the mysteries of penance and the anointing of the sick. Others are welcome to join us in worship, prayer and fellowship and to learn more about the apostolic faith that we proclaim in the Creed, our symbol of faith. It is our honor to share the orthodoxy of faith, the purity of doctrine, the beauty of worship, and our commitment to struggle for holiness.

May God bless you, your family, and those dear to you.

Fr. Thomas Davis, Pastor
