Saint Ann Melkite Catholic Parish was established in Danbury, Connecticut in 1910.

After many years the old church structure on William Street was sold, and the parish eventually moved to the current magnificent temple at 181 Clapboard Ridge Road in 1992.

But the beautiful rose granite stone marking the date of the new church dedication was never installed … until now.

The inscription says it all:

“For the Glory of God.”
